High tea with a twist at The Bulgari Hotel, London.

8th of September | 1-7pm

Last year, over 500 nominations came in and eight extraordinary women took the stage at the FFinc Awards ceremony. This year, we're back with nine categories and a bigger stage. And the nominations start with you.

By joining our judging panel, you're doing something that matters: shining a light on the fire-starters, light-bringers and future-makers who deserve to be seen – and making sure they get the recognition they've earned.

About The FFinc Awards

The FFinc Awards celebrate the fire-starters, light-bringers and future-makers building a better world for women and all. They exist to name the women driving change, honour the allies amplifying it, and make sure none of it goes unrecognised.

Winners are announced at The FFinc Awards ceremony on 16th October 2026 at the Corinthia Hotel, London – where you'll join us as our VIP guests.

The Judging Process

Step 1 - Nominations

26th of June - 10th of July

You nominate one person or business per category, across as many of the nine categories as you wish. We ask for a minimum of three nominations in total.

Step 2 - Voting

22nd of July - 6th of August

Once nominations close, you'll receive a shortlist to vote on. You vote on all categories except those where you've made a nomination. Your votes determine our winners.

Step 3 - The Ceremony

Come and celebrate with us. You and a plus-one are our VIP guests for the evening.

What we’re looking for

Across all categories, strong nominations share a few things. The nominee's impact should be demonstrable — not just claimed. There should be evidence of influence beyond their immediate circle: on their industry, their community, or the women around them. And the story should be one that deserves to be told out loud, not just noted quietly.

You're not looking for perfection. You're looking for people who've done something worth recognising.
